The Myths of Doing it All
The Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce invites all Leadership Dubuque Alumni (LDA) to join us on Thursday, October 25, from 4:00-5:00 PM at the Diamond Jo Casino.
Inspired by the "Lean In" book and leadership movement, our October panel will focus on "The Myth of Doing it All" with presenters Jennifer Mond, Platinum Supplemental Insurance, Kristin Dietzel, Greater Dubuque Development, and Cori Burbach, City of Dubuque.
Regardless of job title, parenthood status, and extracurricular responsibilities, leaders are constantly making choices on how to spend their time and energy: work and home, exercising and relaxing, making time for others and taking time for ourselves. We assume our most successful peers have figured out how to 'do it all'. In reality, we're all struggling to find balance and achieve our version of success.
Join us as three of Dubuque's smartest leaders shed light on their experience and learn how they define success, both in their careers and in life.
