A week set aside nationally to celebrate and appreciate local manufacturers.  Tours of selected facilities make this week a very popular one with our members.  You may have seen their products, now get a behind the scenes tour of how it all comes together. 

It is important to recognize our manufacturers not only for the products they produce but for the jobs they create, the revenue they generate and their employees who help to generate and boost our local economy.  We value the investment these manufacturers make to our community.

  • 8:00 AM: Arrive at Chamber, 300 Main St.
  • 8:30-9:30 AM: Alliant Energy "Port of Dubuque Solar Garden"
  • 9:45-10:25 AM: Morrison Brothers Co.
  • 10:50-11:30 AM: Berry Plastics, Inc.
  • 12:00-1:30 PM (Lunch): 7 Hills Brewing Company
  • 2:00-2:45 PM: Higley Industries, Inc.
  • 3:10-3:50 PM: Giese Manufacturing Co., Inc.
  • 4:00-4:45 PM: Envision Sports Design
Location:
The shuttle departs at 8:00 am from the Chamber, 300 Main Street, and returns to the Chamber at 4:45 pm.
