On behalf of the Board of Directors, the general members and associate members, we welcome you to the Dubuque Area Labor-Management Council's (DALMC) website. We are proud of the success the DALMC has experienced in bringing labor and management together with new cooperation and negotiating skills acquired through our training and facilitation programs. We also pride ourselves in the work we do to prepare the future workforce in the tri-state area through mock bargaining exercises, Education-to Employment Grants and our Tech WORKS Program.
